- •A binding agreement is established only after: customer acceptance of our quotation, issuance of a Purchase Order (PO), and subsequent written order confirmation by SEECO Power Limited.

5. Pricing and Payment

14. Confidentiality
Any confidential technical, commercial, financial, or proprietary information exchanged between SEECO and customers shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed without prior written consent unless required by law.
15. Force Majeure
SEECO shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including: natural disasters, floods, fires, earthquakes, war, strikes, government actions, supply chain disruptions, pandemics, or raw material shortages.
16. Termination
SEECO may suspend or terminate access to its services if: a customer breaches these Terms, fraudulent activities are detected, or payment obligations are not fulfilled.
Termination shall not affect accrued rights and obligations.
17. Privacy
