Power Transformers background

Power Transformers

High-Voltage Oil-Immersed Power Transformers (up to 35 MVA, 245 kV)

Product Overview

Our high-reliability oil-immersed power transformers are engineered to withstand severe electrical stress, high thermal load cycles, and demanding environmental conditions. Configured up to 35 MVA and 245 kV, these units are ideally suited for utility transmission and sub-transmission substations, industrial processing plants (such as steel mills, chemical plants, and refineries), and large-scale renewable energy grid connections.

Power Transformers

Key Advantages

Mechanical Resilience

Coils and magnetic cores are tightly clamped and processed under high vacuum to withstand short-circuit forces.

Thermal Management

Advanced cooling systems (ONAN, ONAF, ODAF) with optimized oil circulation channels prevent localized hotspots.

High Efficiency & Low Noise

Utilizes step-lap core joints, high-grade silicon steel laminations, and transposed copper windings to minimize losses and noise.

Long Service Life

Anti-corrosive polyurethane coating conforming to ISO 12944 (C4/C5 classifications) protects the unit in harsh coastal or industrial sites.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Every power transformer is subjected to strict routine tests according to IEC 60076. Routine tests include: Winding Resistance, Voltage Ratio and Vector Group verification, Insulation Resistance and Polarization Index, Impedance and Load Loss, No-Load Loss, Applied and Induced AC dielectric tests. Type and special tests (e.g. Temperature Rise, Lightning Impulse, Acoustic Noise Level, Partial Discharge) can be performed upon request in accredited testing centers.

Compliance Standard

ISO 9001 & IEC 60076 Verified
